Reservations

All service is by advance reservation. A reservation is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and verified.

Pricing

Quotes shown during booking are firm for the trip as booked. Tolls, waiting time, extra stops and route changes requested on the day are billed if incurred.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are provided with your confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Conduct

We reserve the right to decline or end service where passenger conduct compromises the safety of the chauffeur, passengers, or vehicle.
